From a judgment of conviction for the offense of robbery, this appeal was taken.

The evidence for the state tended to show that on the evening of Wednesday, August 24, 1960, one Leon Wesson left the Blue Heaven Cafe in Birmingham in the company of three people and got into an automobile. Defendant was in the driver’s seat, Wesson was in the middle, between defendant and a man named Childers.
