Affirming.

At the November election, 1933, B. A. Rice and R. L. Hord were competing candidates for the office of police judge of the city of Campbellsville, Taylor county, Ky. Neither candidate was the nominee of any political party and were running on Independent tickets pursuant to their respective petitions filed as-required by law.
