*609 {¶ 1} Respondent, Robert Zelvy, of Sandusky, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0032086, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1969.

{¶ 2} In 2017, relator, Erie-Huron County Bar Association, charged Zelvy with *1268 collecting an excessive fee and other professional misconduct while managing his late uncle's affairs. The parties entered into stipulations of fact, aggravating and *610 mitigating factors, and misconduct, in which Zelvy admitted to some of the charges and relator agreed to dismiss other alleged rule violations.
