Bell, Chief Judge.
Defendant was indicted for voluntary manslaughter but convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the commission of an unlawful act other than a felony. Held:
1. A witness for the state testified as to the amount of alcohol in the blood of the deceased and the defendant at the time of the incident. He also responded to a hypothetical question concerning the possible impairment of defendant’s judgment at a particular blood alcohol level.
