OPINION

ONION, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

The record reflects that on February 7, 1966, the appellant waived trial by jury and entered a plea of guilty before the court to an indictment charging the offense of possession of marihuana. The punishment was assessed at 10 years. However, the imposition of the sentence was suspended and the appellant was placed on probation subject to certain terms and conditions.
