This was a proceeding by garnishment. The affidavit shows, that on the 18th day of April, A. D. 1878, the People of the State of Illinois obtained a judgment in the St. Clair Circuit Court against George Brutto, for the sum of two hundred dollars; that on the 17th day of August, A.
