Jackie Porchay and others were indicted on drug and money laundering charges after police found drugs and a large quantity of cash in Porchay’s car during a traffic stop. The charges against Porchay were eventually dismissed. Porchay then moved to recover property seized from her car and residence and for attorneys’ fees; the district court 1 denied her motions.
