The question here presented arises upon a construction of the will of this decedent. The due execution of the instrument was proved on October 21, 1930, jurisdiction being retained solely for the purpose of passing upon the validity and effect of the directions contained in the document. The will is in holograph, written upon a yellow sheet of paper. Its general appearance and contents indicate that the testator had enjoyed limited educational advantages.
