This case was tried and argued to this statutory three-judge court on May 4, 1959, upon the issues raised by the supplemental complaint of the plaintiffs and the answers of the defendants. The action is a class action brought by school-age children of the Negro race and their parents and guardians, all residents of Little Rock, Arkansas.
