ORDER

NIXON, District Judge.

Upon review of the report, findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Standing Master and objections to that report by the plaintiffs, it is the -determination of this Court that the report of the Standing Master be approved.

Therefore it is ORDERED that the plaintiffs receive a judgment in the amount of $49,817.40 for unpaid pension contributions, $41,252.59 for unpaid health and welfare fund contributions, and $17,079.30 as liquidated. damages and that plaintiffs’ request for an injunction is denied.
