Defendants’ motions to dismiss in this malpractice case were granted for failure to comply with the requirements of OCGA § 9-11-9.1, and Lee appeals.
Hogan, an orthopedic surgeon, performed surgery to repair Lee’s fractured knee and prescribed certain post-operative physical therapy, which Lee received from Visiting Nurse Health System (‘VNHS”).
