LATTIMORE, Judge.
Appellant was convicted in the District Court of Upshur County of manufacturing intoxicating liquor, and his punishment fixed at one year in the penitentiary.
The evidence amply supports the verdict. A witness for the State testified that upon invitation of appellant and another he went with them to a place where a still was located and that appellant and his companion kindled a fire and made intoxicating liquor.
