Donald Schilling and Jennifer Schilling (“Defendants”), husband and wife, appeal a judgment quieting title in favor of Whetstone Baptist Church (“Plaintiff’) to a strip of land (“the disputed land” or “the old roadway”) that Plaintiffs predecessor in title had allegedly acquired by adverse possession.
