This appeal involves an action for damages brought by plaintiff against the defendant, who is the administratrix of the estate of William G. Haring, for property damage to a truck owned by the plaintiff. It is the defendant’s contention that plaintiff’s cause of action is barred by reason of the provisions of section 635.68, 1946 Code (11972, 1939 Code).
