¶ 1. The chancellor entered a final judgment for Florence Aldridge against Louis Aldridge, Janice Aldridge, Brian Al-dridge, and Touched by an Angel Ministries, Inc. (“TBAAM”). Brian and TBAAM appeal; they argue that the chancellor erred when he failed to dismiss the case based on the statute of limitations, held Brian personally liable, found that an officer of a nonprofit entity has an implied duty to investigate the source of contributions, and increased the judgment based on a post-trial motion.
