Douglas Dobynes and Earl Wright, Jr., appeal from judgments of conviction entered by the district court 1 after a three-day jury trial. Both were convicted of possession of five grams or more of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(l)(B)(iii), and carrying a firearm during a drug trafficking crime, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). In addition, Dobynes was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), and Wright was convicted of possession of powder cocaine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(C).
