Plaintiff sued defendants, The Eavenswood Hospital Association and Philip E. McGuire, for damages allegedly occasioned by negligent treatment or failure to afford proper care and treatment while plaintiff was a patient at the defendant hospital. At the close of the plaintiff’s case the court directed a verdict for both defendants, and from a judgment on the verdict so returned this appeal is taken.
