Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Agresta, J.), rendered September 15,1980, convicting her of manslaughter in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and sentencing her to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 5 to 15 years. Judgment modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice,.by reducing the sentence imposed to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 2 to 6 years. As so modified, judgment affirmed.
