*625Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (DeRiggi, J.), rendered July 23, 2002, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree and conspiracy in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant allegedly conspired to hire two men to kill the victim, who was the wife of his deceased brother. However, the victim survived after being shot in the head and hand.
