OPINION

REX D. DAVIS, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted Appellant Herman Kenneth Moore, III, of robbery and assessed punishment at fifteen years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division. See Tex. PeN.Code ANN. § 29.02(a)(2) (Vernon 1998).

Moore presents three issues in which he claims that the trial court erred when it: (1) failed to charge the jury that Kelly Black was an accomplice as a matter of law; (2) failed to grant his motion for directed verdict because the evidence was insufficient to cor-robórate the testimony of the two accomplice witnesses; and…
