The original petition in this ¡suit filed by the appellees, Mill Creek Methodist Episcopal Church, South, and its trustees, against the appellant County Board of Education of Jefferson county, and its members, sought to quiet title in the plaintiff to certain property occupied by the defendant, and asked a recovery and possession of that portion of the land occupied by the school yard and buildings.
