Plaintiff Deon Jackson filed suit against the District of Columbia and Metropolitan Police Department Officers Joshua Bou-taugh and Michael Weiss, asserting violations of Plaintiffs civil rights, in addition to common law tort claims in connection ■with a traffic stop during which Plaintiff alleges his arm was broken. Presently before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment.
