The questions now presented for decision arise upon the demurrer of the defendants to the bill of complainant, which bill, in substance, alleges that complainant is the true and lawful owner of the real estate described in the bill, and is situate in the town of Pass Christian, within the jurisdiction of this court; that the defendant Duncan sets up a pretended title and claim thereto based upon a deed of conveyance executed to him by John II.
