Larry Wendell Larsen and Albert Lee Perryman were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Both defendants were convicted by a King County jury, and they appeal.

Appellants Perryman and Larsen first assign error to the trial court’s denial of their motion to suppress certain evidence, namely, a suitcase containing 14 white plastic bags of marijuana which was taken by the police from their yellow Chevrolet van at the time of their arrest.
