MOON, C.J.
Richard Allen Hoye was convicted of driving after having been adjudicated an habitual offender. Hoye argues that the police officer had no legitimate reason for making an investigatory stop of his vehicle and that the trial court erred in refusing to suppress evidence obtained from the stop. Because the evidence supports a finding that the stop was based upon a reasonable suspicion derived from articulable facts, we affirm Hoye’s conviction.
