Appellant, Claude Wallace, was convicted by a jury of two counts of rape, two counts of kidnapping, and one count of burglary and sentenced to two consecutive life sentences plus one hundred sixty (160) years in prison and a fine of fifteen thousand dollars ($ 15,000). Appellant raises five points on appeal.
On June 8, 1991, two sisters, M. W., who was twelve years old, and A. C., who was seven years old, were raped by a man who entered their home during the early morning hours.
