This miscellaneous matter is pending in this Court pursuant to a Motion To Terminate Deposition filed by Edward Lewis, a witness, by counsel, whose deposition was taken in Chincoteague, Virginia, on December 9, 1995, and adjourned after two-and-a-half hours.
