In 1903, Charles Jansen, a resident of Dawes county, Nebraska, departed this life, leaving no heirs or next of kin to inherit his estate! He left personal property consisting of notes secured by real estate mortgages. Nels Shold was duly appointed as administrator of his estate in July, 1903. In August, 1905, the administrator commenced two actions in the district court for said county to foreclose two mortgages given by Peter H.
