HALLEY, Justice.

This is an action by Berlin Ethridge against Lloyd Gene Neundorf to recover damages to his automobile alleged to have *835occurred because of a collision between his automobile and an automobile owned by defendant.

The case was tried to a jury resulting in a verdict in favor of plaintiff for the sum of $370. Plaintiff in due time filed a motion for new trial based on the ground of inadequate damages appearing to have been given under the influence of passion and prejudice; error in the assessment of the' amount of recovery in that the amount of damages awarded are too small under…
