Cary Michael Lambrix was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to death for the 1983 murders of Clarence Moore and Aleisha Bryant. This Court affirmed the convictions and sentences of death in Lambrix v. State, 494 So.2d 1143 (Fla.1986). This case is now before the Court on appeal from an order denying a successive motion for postconviction relief.
