OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Milous H. Keith, Jr., appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting motions to dismiss filed by defendants-appellees, Daniel E. Bringardner, James M. Hughes, Jack G. Gibbs, Jr., and the law firm Wiles, Boyle, Burkholder Bringardner Co., LPA (collectively referred to as "appellees"). For the following reasons, we affirm in part and reverse in part that judgment and remand the matter with instructions.
