This case is here on certiorari from the Court of Appeals. Alfred Augustus Spears, a minor, suing by next friend, brought an action against Owen T. Blunt, Tommy Blunt, and Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Company, in the Superior Court of Fulton County, to recover damages for injuries allegedly suffered by him as a consequence of a collision between an automobile owned by the defendant Owen T..
