Pro-Specialties, Inc. (Pro) appeals from a judgment finding Pro guilty of two counts of criminal contempt in violation of sec. 757.03(2), Stats. (1977), 1 and fixing a fine of $4,000 on each count, and finding Pro’s defense frivolous under sec. 814.025 and allowing Share Corporation (Share) its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees pursuant to secs. 814.025 and 814.04. We conclude that sec. 757.06 (1977) precludes the award of attorneys’ fees and costs in this instance.
