UHLENHOPP, Justice.

This appeal involves the sufficiency of proceedings to terminate the contract of a. public-school principal. The appeal does not involve the merits of the dispute regarding the principal’s services.

M. Dean Flanders served as principal of a public school under a contract with the Waterloo Community School District, Waterloo, Iowa. He knew that the school board was dissatisfied with his services.
