’ Plaintiffs" owned the West Half of Sec^ tion 33, 14N, 2W, in Oklahoma County covered by an. -oil .and. gas, .lease executed -by them February 10, 1941, for a, term of five years on; Producers -88 Form to Black Oak Oil Company, and later assigned, to the,defendant.
