OPINION BY KELLY, J.:
¶ 1 Appellant, Vanderlee Stevenson, asks us to determine whether the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence where the police officers conducting an investigatory detention lacked articulable and reasonable suspicion to believe Appellant was engaged in criminal activity.
