CAMRBEEE, District Judge.
This is a motion made by the defendant Euckenbach Steamship Company, Inc., to dismiss the plaintiff’s *350summons and complaint on the alleged grounds that the said complaint does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action and for want of jurisdiction. The motion comes before this court on an order to show cause.
