This is an action of ejectment, in which the plaintiffs seek to recover a tract of land alleged to he the interlap between grant No. 4712, under which the plaintiffs claim, and grant No. 13008, under which defendants claim.

The cause was tried before the circuit judge and a jury. After all the evidence was introduced, the plaintiffs and the defendants each made a motion for a directed verdict. The court overruled the motion of the plaintiffs, and sustained the motion of the defendants. Verdict was accordingly rendered, and judgment pronounced in favor of the defendants, dismissing the…
