This cause was instituted in the lower court by the appellee, as plaintiff, filing her complaint alleging that the appellant-defendant transported the plaintiff for compensation aboard one of its buses from Miami to Panama City; that plaintiff checked her suitcase with defendant’s agent prior to boarding the bus; but that defendant lost or misplaced it and did not redeliver it to her in Panama City.
