HAWKINS, Judge.

Conviction is for theft of property over the value of fifty dollars, punishment assessed being two years in the penitentiary..Some time during the night of May 9, 1934, a trailer was *47stolen from'W. J. Hamm, who resided at Red Oak in Ellis County, Texas. The next morning the trailer was discovered not far from the place from which it had been taken, but it had been stripped of casings and tubes.
