Betty Jo Hall, a. 17 months old child at the time of the injuries involved herein, together with her mother, had gone to the Speed Queen Coin70-Matic laundry in Bartlesville, which was open to the public for washing, drying and starching clothes for a charge. The plaintiff was awarded damages for injuries received when she was scalded and severely burned when she turned on a hot water faucet at the sink.
