The district court granted a motion to dismiss made under Rule 12(b)(6), Fed.R. Civ.P., in plaintiffs private civil RICO action against his employer, Crown Supply, Inc. (Crown), its parent corporation, Ham-mermill Paper Company (Hammermill), and certain of their officers, and dismissed plaintiffs complaint against all defendants. Plaintiff appeals and we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
