This is an appeal by Midland Oil Company, a corporation, plaintiff in an attachment-garnishment proceeding, from a judgment against the garnishee, Advance Transportation Company, a corporation, in the sum of $205.

On July 19, 1932, plaintiff commenced an attachment-garnishment suit against Packers Motor Transport, Inc., a corporation (hereinafter called defendant), as defendant, and Advance Transportation Company, a corporation (hereinafter called garnishee), as g’arnishee.
