The City of Easton (City) and the City of Easton Building Code Board of Appeals (Board) (together, Appellants) appeal from the January 27,2015, order of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County (trial court) reversing the Board’s decision to deny the request of Deiter Family, L.P.
