SMITH, Circuit Judge.
A jury convicted Robert Allen King of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A). The district court 2 sentenced King to 180 months’ imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release. King appeals his conviction and sentence.
