Mason-Walsh-Atkinson-Kier Co. v. Case

(dissenting)—I think the judgment of the trial court was in accord with the holding of this court in Elliott & Co., Inc. v. State, 191 Wash. 385, 71 P. (2d) 168. I therefore dissent.
