Mathilda Maier, a resident of Ida County, Iowa, died at Ida Grove on March 25, 1943. On March 27, 1943, an instrument purporting to be her last will and testa ment was filed in the office of the clerk of the district court in and for said county and offered for probate.

On April 6, 1943, objections to the probate of said purported will were filed by Dorothy Schultz, a niece of deceased and a beneficiary named therein. Later other objectors joined therein.
