ORDER
William Hawkins is serving more than 30 years in federal prison for his role in a drug conspiracy. See United States v. Hawkins, No. 98-3504, 1999 WL 402414, *1 (7th Cir. June 11, 1999) (unpublished order). Years after his 1992 trial he demanded that the Drug Enforcement Administration and several other law-enforcement agencies within the Department of Justice turn over, under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, information about fourteen of the government’s trial witnesses.
