— This matter is here on appeal by defendant, White Star Lines, Inc., from the action of the Board of Finance and Revenue in refusing defendant’s petition for redetermination of the amount of fuel use tax for the month of April 1953, made by the Department of Revenue under the provisions of the Fuel Use Tax Act of January 14, 1952, P. L. (1951) 1965, 72 PS §2614.1, et seq. The administrative procedure for determination of the amount of the tax and the provisions for appeal are set forth in section 7 of the act, 72 PS §2614.7.
