I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Robert T. Iannucci commenced this action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Ulster County, on February 12, 2016, alleging breach of contract after Defendant Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate") denied his claim for coverage of the roof collapse of his building located at 221 Catherine Street in Kingston, New York.
